Andrea Weathers is an author from Folly Beach. She wrote two children's books about Charleston, Hermy the Hermit Crab Goes Shopping and The Adventure Begins Hermy the Hermit Crab. She said she wrote Hermy the Hermit Crab Goes Shopping first because she does things backward. It is about Hermy "shopping" around Charleston to get a new shell. Both books are full of places in Charleston. She wrote the boys a note from Hermy and signed them. They both loved meeting an author.
