Hunter's Science Fair Project

Hunter has been busy working on his science fair project. His project was about the effects of color filters on a solar panel. He took voltage measures with different color transparencies over the solar panel.

The different colors made a significance different in the voltage produced. The colors with the longer wavelengths (yellow and orange) produced a higher voltage. Until we tested violet (the shortest wavelength on the visible spectrum), the voltage increase to be about the same as orange.

Hunter and his project

Hunter enjoyed making his science fair project. But we were all glad to turn it in!
