Blue and Gold Banquet

The boys had their cub scout Blue and Gold Banquet.
We had a BBQ dinner and large cake celebrating 100 years of scouting.

Jordan is rank in Cub Scouts is Bear.
He earned his Bear badge and several beltloops and patches.

Hunter worked very worked to earn his Arrow of Light badge. The Arrow of Light is the only cub scout badge that can be worn on a boy scout uniform.

Then the crossing over ceremony began. Each Webelos II that was going on the Boy Scout crossed over a bridge. The first half is painted in Cub Scout colors and the second half in painted in Boy Scout colors. They received boy scout neckerchiefs and slides.

We were so glad that all 4 Grandparents could come to the Blue and Gold Banquet.

We are very proud of both our boys! They are growing up so fast.
