Webelos Waters

Jordan and I went to Webelos Waters where we camping for 3 days in the heat.  The camp was great about suppling lots of water to keep us hydrated.  Only one other boy from Jordan's den, Luke,  attended.

They had a lot of activities every day.  We were very busy.   Jordan earned some activity badges and redo some that he already earned.

It was extremely hot in the 100s every day.  Even at night it with the fan it has hot.  We would lay in the tent and sweat.  The tent we slept in looked like an old army tent.  There were cots in the tents to sleep on.  One night as we were trying to sleep in the tent, Jordan said he wondered how many people had died in the cot he was sleeping in.  Leave it up to Jordan.

Jordan found this cool stick.  I think he looks like an Ewoke in this picture.  (minus the fur of course)

I was so proud of Jordan passing his swimming test.
So he was allowed to swim in the "deep end " of the lake.
We loved swimming since it gave us a break from the heat.
