As a Kappa Delta alma, I had the opportunity to meet Collins Tuohy. The movie The Blind Side was based on her family. She is the daughter and a Kappa Delta.
I didn't want to go alone so I ask Heather, Laura's first cousin on the other side, to come with me. She is a Kappa Delta from USC. We had a nice time catching up.
Collins gave a wonderful speech about making a difference to someone.
One person can't necessary change the world, but can definitely change the world for one person.
